Poweredge 840 / Drive replaced via openmanage...not coming online
I had one of the drives showing errors. I Used OM to take offline...and replaced.
I then tried selecting 'Online' and 'Rebuild'...but either unsuccessful.
Currently...new drive, top LED is blinking...and second LED in ON.
Status in Open Manage is 'Offline'.
Do I simply need to give it more time?
Note: Original was 250GB...new is 320GB. OM stats do read accurate.

I rebooted Server...and now OM shows online and healthy...go figure.

Also...this is the error I get in OM:
The following error has occurred: Disk rebuild failed
The error may have occurred due to the following reasons:
- Multiple users are logged into this system and conflicting commands were received
- A hardware change was detected which prevents this command from being completed
- The controller is in a state which prevents this command from being completed

Update: The two LEDs on the new drive match the others (Top=On Solid / Lower blinks with data). It seems normalized...but OpenManage still shows OFFLINE?
