Problem with PERC H710 mini and disc on RAID 1 replacement

Hi, I have a problem with a replacement of a Disk with SMART errors on my server r720xd.
The old disk was a Model: MK3001GRRB, We bought a new one in order to replace the damaged disk but the new disk after some minutes of rebuild was changed to failed state. This new disk is a AL13SXB300N model .
We change this disk with our local supplier but we have new problems with the new disk too. This new disk is a ST9300653SS model. On this case the error is different, the server read the disk, I can delete the foreing configuration, but when I tried to change the state to a Global or Dedicated Hot Spare the disk changed the state on failed at the moment.
I try to update the server firmware, create a new array with this new disk but all the times the state change to failed when I try to use it.

I send attached the lsi Log from the server.

Pmazzu,

I am showing that the AL13SXB300N is a supported drive for the 720XD, what I would suggest starting with is to update to the most current on the drive firmware as well. You can find the hard drive firmware update here. Currently what version is the 720XD BIOS, iDrac, as well as the raid controller firmware versions?

Let me know and we can go from there.

Hi!,

I did some updates but the problem persists, now I have the following versions:

BIOS: 2.5.4

SAS RAID: 21.3.1-0005

IDRAC: 1.66.65

Lifecycle Controller: 1.4.2

After these updates, I did new tests but the problem persists. Now the Disk was automatically assigned to the disk replacement, but when It try to rebuild fails.
Do you have any help about this error?
best regards!
