R410 Difference in Chassis?
Hello all,
We have 2 R410 (Gen 1 & 2). I have just gone to move a SAS Hot Swap backplane (0F678M) from one unit to another. However, for some reason the slots that the backplane slips over are different on each one. I thought the chassis on the gen 1 and 2 were the same and it was just a mobo update for the Xeon CPUs?
Anyone seen this issue before?
Here's some pictures to show you:

OK, this is answered....
For anyone else getting this issue....You cannot upgrade a R410 Cabled Chassis to house a Hotswap SAS Backplane. For some reason Dell made the chassis slightly different instead of making it the same design!

Anyone got any R410 to check this? I've now looked at 3 different ones, only one will fit the SAS backplane.
