It depends on if you are looking specifically for RAID 0+1. There is a difference between RAID 0+1 and 1+0 (10):
RAID 0+1 is not a common implementation. It was possible to build 0+1 on older controllers, but current controllers support only RAID 10.
If you mean RAID 10, then YES you are on the right track. Be sure to select the Advanced and Initialize boxes.

Which RAID controller do you have?
For "most" controllers, you can simply boot to the CTRL-R utility and configure (and initialize) your RAID 10 by selecting it from a dropdown menu of possible RAID levels.

One more question. Why the firts two disk are in bold from the printscreen? What does that mean?

It probably just indicates the two disks to be grouped in the "span". If you select them in a different order, it may change the bolded disks. The two bolded disks are in span 0 and the others in span 1.

A RAID 10 is data striped across mirrored sets. Think of a span as the linking of the two RAID 1/mirrored sets together in a stripe for data. If you had a RAID 10 with 6 disks, you would have 3 mirrored (RAID 1) sets, and because the RAID 10 would stripe data across all 3, there would be three spans - three mirrored sets participating in the data striping.
