RAID config not showing in Dell System Setup Utility
I have configured RAID 1 using the PERC utility from within the BIOS saved the config and then let the system boot with the Dell System Setup Utility.
When I check the RAID here, it is showing as not configured.
Am I doing something wrong? I went back to check what I had done in the PERC utility and the RAID array was still there.

Tough without knowing which system and which controller you are using ... I don't believe SBUU is designed to tell you what the RAID configuration is. You can use it to configure RAID, or you can configure it in the BIOS then skip that step during Setup, but I don't think it will actually tell you what RAID configuration already exists.

Flash is correct, some controllers and some systems will not show the config in SBUU, dont be alarmed, if you set it in the perc bios, you are good to go.

Thanks to you both. I thought I was going mad when I knew I had configured it in the PERC utility but then for it not to show in the SBUU was freaky.
