Replaced Raid Controller PowerEdge 2800 now wont boot

I replaced the Raid Controller and when I first powered it up, it will told me it found an NVRAM mismatch, With  CTRL-M, Configure, View/Add, Disk View and Save Configuration on Exit, but now I get the message:

PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable

PXE-MOF: Exiting Intel Boot Agent

The errors listed are errors only if you are trying to PXE boot the server. What it sounds like happened is that the raid setting in the BIOS was reset to default with the NVram clear. I would start with the following

Boot to BIOS Setup (F2) -  Embedded Devices - Integrated RAID set to RAID Enabled.

Let me know what you see.
