S300 Degraded drive
I have a S300 which is reporting a degraded drive during boot but when I enter the configuration it states all drives are OK. The virtual drive is a 4 disk RAID 10 configuration, I cannot tell which drives are paired together. In the configuration screen to shows all drives OK and two are green and two are red. I thought maybe the red drives were failed but it states OK as their status. I didn't setup this server and there doesn't appear to be any software loaded int he OS so I only have the BIOS screen to review. I have posted a picture of the BIOS ( hopefully it comes through). Any help/instance would be greatly appreciated.

Install OpenManage Server Administrator (Managed Node) to view the status.

I have the same issue with my S300. I am running Dell's OpenManage 8.5.0 and it is reporting a degraded drive in the virtual drive status but when I enter the OpenManage drive configuration it states all drives are OK.

Are any of the drives showing predicted failure? All drives certified? Drivers, firmware, OMSA up to date?

Open Manage does not show predicted failure on the drives and I am remote to the server so can't confirm with a hardware boot into the controller's bios. Yes, the ST3600057SS drives and OS came preinstalled from Dell with the server. Drivers and OMSA up to date. I am not able to update the ST3600057SS drive firmware from rev. ES66 to ES68. I get an error message that the firmware is not compatible with my system.

I do not see anything about predictive failure, all drives show Status = OK and State = Online.
The firmware is 2.0.0-0162+00193000 and the Storport driver is 6.1.7601.18386. The drives are WDC WD5003ABYX, I looked up the part number and they are Enterprise WD drives but not sure if they came from DELL.
