Unexpected sense. SCSI sense data: Sense key: 3 Sense code: 11 Sense qualifier: 0: Physical Disk 0:0:0 Controller 0, Connector 0
So I am getting a few of these in my event viewer and I have had several random shutdowns.
My only issue with this error is that I do no have an SCSI drives, They are all SATA.
Am I still looking at a failing drive?

Hello.
What model of server and controller? The Sense Key 3 :11:00 on PD 0:0:0 indicated a medium unrecovered read error. Check the status of this PD and review the controller logs for additional information.
