Voltage error when I remove a SCSI card from 2950

I am re-purposing a PE2950. There is a "A320" SCSI card in the system that is not used.

After I remove the card, The system will not boot and gives a Voltage error e1000 fault

If I put the card back in the system it boots fine(?)

Are there steps I need to follow for card removal?

Thanks

Evanspa,

There is no standard procedure to remove this card. With the “A320” SCSI card removed, drain the system flea power by disconnecting all power cables then pressing and holding the power button for about 15 seconds. Reseat all powers supplies and cables, backplane and PCI cards. Power on the System and see whether it boots.
