add constellation ES.2 hards on my current array constellation ES.3
Dear All,
I have dell power edge T620 server , using sas constellation ES.3 Hard configured on Raid 1 array (2 hards)
my current model :
Dell Sas 2TB,
MODEL: ST2000NM0023
looking to add more hards but I found only constellation ES.2 in the market
Dell Sas 2TB,
MODEL: ST2000NM0001
just need to insure any compatibility issue if I add this model to my server?
any reply or help would be highly appreciated

Hello.
I do see that the MODEL: ST2000NM0001 is a supported SAS 2 TB hard drive on the T620 server.
Let us know how to assist you any further.

Yes, it is supported. When you go down the same page to compatible systems; you will see the T620 listed.

What controller do you have installed? Note that RAID 1 supports a maximum of 2 drives and therefore you can not add more drives to this array; if this is what you are looking to do. What are you planning to do?

thanks for the reply, actually not sure what array used on this server, I am not the one who configured , so I am planning to install openmanage
my issue here does this version compatible with Power Edge T620 ?
Dell OpenManage Server Administrator Managed Node(windows - 64 bit) v.8.1
as I am unable to see my server model in the list please check the below link
