need to add storage to PE R900
Hi, my R900 server has all 8 SAS slots filled with 500gb drives in a RAID 5 configuration and I'm running out of space. This server is a VMWare host and I need to find a way to add at least one more terabyte of space. What are my options?

I would suggest to look into a SAN solution. It would allow you to cluster 2 or more VMware hosts and give you access to very expandable storage solutions.
If you want to stay with Dell, they offer SAS, iSCSI and fibrechannel SAN solutions.
