the OMSA says my 2950 server firmware and driver version are out of data for controller PERC 6/i Intergrated
do i need to update it ASAP or can i leave it like this? and how to update the firmware?

firmware version............6.2.0.0013
Latest Available Firmware Version...........6.3.3.002
Driver Version.....................2.24.00.32
Storport Driver Version..............5.2.3790.3959
Minimum Required storport driver version.........5.2.3790.4173

is it ok to update them without updating the BIOS?

You should plan to update them at your next maintenance window.
Update the BIOS first, then ESM, then PERC driver, then PERC firmware (and other firmware - DRAC, NIC, etc.).

There should not be any issues causing data loss performing these updates, but you should ALWAYS have a backup.
