2950 corrupt registry

Hello, the registry on my dell 2950III is corrupt and wont boot ,safe mode and system recovery aren't working either. I attempted to repair it with the server 2008 DVD but it says the drive is write protected when I run CHKDSK.I have 2 500GB drives in raid 1 and they both give the same error.Bootrec.exe says there is no OS. I tried to slave the drive and connect it to my workstation but it shows up but the drive "is not accessible" The boot error is 0x000014c and its in \windows\system32\config\system "windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing, or corrupt."
