I haven't heard of any issues with the download site. I suggest manually updating the iDRAC to the latest revision and trying again. Changes are sometimes made that require a firmware update to the iDRAC/LCC to be able to perform updates using our online catalog.
You should be able to upload iDRAC/LCC firmware through your browser in the iDRAC web server. It accepts Windows Dell Update Packages.

Hello, Can you confirm the test connectivity check in lcc firmware update is a simple ping test ? It appears I cant ping downloads.dell.com/18.104.22.168, even from my pc.
By the way, i updated the idrac/lcc to 22.214.171.124 but i still have the same problem.
