DELL PowerEdge R630 - combination of two error messages at the same time

Dear,

Received combination of two error messages at the same timestamp...;

-a fatal error was detected on a component at bus 0 device 2 function 0

-a bus fatal error was detected on a component at slot 3.

What does this means and which action are needed in this case please...?

in error log :

VMware ESXi 6.5.0 [Releasebuild-7526125 x86_64]
