DMPU2016 connecting Dell poweredge FC630 servers
Hi,
I have dell poweredge FC630 server , we have Dell DMPU2016 with (DMPUIQ-VMCHS) cable which is connected on the front of Chassis.
when I login to RCS software and try to start KVM session, the screen gets black and when click printscreen the screen of monitor comes back and i can't access my servers.
any help will be appreciated.

Hi, I have just connected one server to DMPU2016, I access the OBWI from a web browser, from OBWI when I click KVM session. the java applet starts saying connecting KVM server and nothing connects at all.
any idea what I am missing or do I need to enable any port on firewall.
