Dell 2650 PERC 3/Di Fatal Error

I went and tried to update the PERC 3/Di in my 2650 with the latest firmware provided by dell.  I executed the firware and after some time it failed.  The server said package failed please restart the computer and try again.  So I restarted and now it wont even boot.  The PERC fails its self test with a flash checksum failure.  Then it goes on and on and gets to a no boot device press F1 to continue or F2 for setup.  It states some type of i960 error I think, I would have to go through it again, but I gave up for the night. I have pulled out and reseated all drives.  Reseated PERC Ram and Raid Key, and nothing seems to work?  Can anyone tell me what steps I can do to try to fix this issue?  Do you think I have lost my Drive Raid and all the Data that resides on them?  Any help would be great.  Thanks.
