Dell 720XD - LEDS blinking green on both PSU's
As the subject states both PSU' are blinking green (alternating) at the rear of the server.
From what documentation I've read usually one blinks when there is a power output mismatch, but I was unable to find any explanation when both are blinking.
Can anyone shed any light?

Houk,
Normally a healthy PSU will only trigger a PSU mismatch if one of the parameters Input Type (AC/DC), Output power, Input Voltage, or firmware do not match between the two. A couple things you can check is if both are running AC input or DC. Also try disabling the PSU set with lowest output capacity. Also, verify what firmware versions both have.
Let me know what you see.

I had a quick look through DRAC and everything looks fine. Nothing in the event logs etc.
One thing to mention is that there wasn't a specific event that caused this. We didn't swap out a PSU and noticed it happening. One day it was fine and the next day and we looked it was the alternate flashing.
