Dell PowerEdge 850 memory issue

I just picked up a Dell PowerEdge 850 and 4 sticks of 2GB ECC RAM. They are PC5300 and all the same. I swapped out the 1GB (2x 512mb RAM sticks) and placed the new RAM in, and immediately get a 1-3-2 beep code.

I've taken them all out and just put 1 RAM stick in, same problem. Tried all of the other sticks also with no go. I put the 512 sticks back in, and it works fine.

Anyone know what could be the issue?

The RAM sticks are 2GB 240p PC2-5300 Model m393T5750CZA-CE6

Hello.

The Dell PowerEdge 850 server only supports Unbuffered SDRAM DIMM memory modules. The beep code 1-3-2 indicates that no memory has been detected because the 2GB 240p PC2-5300 Model m393T5750CZA-CE6 memory modules are EE Registered that are not supported. Consider purchasing Unbuffered modules such as part number F6806.
