The message on the screen is normal, I don't see any errors. At that point in the POST process it is initializing firmware interfaces and then hands off to any boot interfaces like the PERC. I would start troubleshooting the PERC. Disconnect the drives from the PERC to see if it progresses past that screen. If it does then it is likely an issue with the attached drives or cables.

If you can get to the point where you are able to select a boot device, can boot to something, or it states no bootable media is found then it is making it past POST. Also, if you can press CTL R and enter the controller BIOS it is making it past POST.
