Hello Shwufai, technical phone support is based on the warranty of the system. However, if a system is out of warranty, the forum community here and the @DellCaresPRO Twitter account can still offer helpful suggestions for if the proper information can be found for your system.
Generally speaking most 8th generation systems, like the PowerEdge 2850, have rolled off of warranty support through Dell. Please let us know how we can help, and we'll be glad to do so.

Hi Bo Pham, I understand there is phone support based on the warranty of the device. I aware there is a standard manufacture device (eg, server model, notebook model, workstation model) have their EOVS date.
Power Edge Generation 13 launched yesterday. When server purchased will based on warranty. After warranty, we could extend maintenance contract (after warranty expired). Each hardware have their EOVS date, usually the model will last for 7 years to use.
Where can I find the hardware EOL (End Of Life) and EOVS (End Of Version Support) date

Unfortunately, we do not have list for that. Servers are guaranteed to have at least 5 years of warranty support from the date of purchase from Dell. In some cases, it can be stretched to 7 years but that is case by case depending stock of available parts.
