We have two questions:

Sending email for alerts, fails us by telnet works us correctly by port 25 corporate gmailserver, and we run a sniffer, but the connection to the server is not listed

Another question: the configuration is optimal in the UPS to send shutdown systems onlywhen you reach 30% of the battery capacity... for example
