Recently the web page where we configure and customize Dell PowerEdge servers is not working properly, it takes forever to render any change in selections, and often time after spending too much time trying to finish a configuration it bombs at the end and all is lost.
And yes this happen with all browsers.
Talking with our reps, they acknowledge the issue but nobody at Dell seem to care.
Any more info or thoughts on this?
We are aware of the issue with configuration page performance on our site. We have made improvements, but the issue will not be fully corrected until our next major site maintenance. I do not have an ETA on when that will take place.
