E122E Onboard Regulator Failed Error on LCD Display on PE R410

Hello.  Our server has the above E122E error being displayed on the display on the front of the server.  There is no other error as it only shows 1 error a this point.  I haven't been able to find much information about this error and not sure how to proceed.

I see nothing related to this in any event log either.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have there been any recent USB devices plugged into the server? If so, I would unplug those devices, clear the logs, and monitor. The error itself is non immediately one of critical severity. The first step should be to clear the logs and monitor.  However, if the issue continues to present itself, the I/O Board will probably need to be replaced.

There is some information on page 25 of the user guide.

Hi Daniel,

There was a WD Ext HDD plugged in.  However, after unplugging it and restarting, the error persists.  I'll take another look in regard to how to clear those lcd display logs and get back with you.

Thanks,

Brian
