Does this error happen every time or did you just try booting in once? The iDRAC and LCC can take a few minutes to load. If you attempt to boot into it immediately after plugging the system in then it may not load properly.
Disconnect any hardware that has been added to the system such as PCIe or USB devices and test. Test booting into the system BIOS. If you can enter the system BIOS then check to see if you can enter the iDRAC configuration.
