Hello,
Most likely, the issue is a failed DIMM. However, I would recommend testing the DIMM in an alternate memory slot and an alternate DIMM in slot 9, in order to test both components in isolation. You'll likely need to replace whichever component the error follows. I'd make sure that the BIOS is up to date prior to ordering any replacement components, just in case that resolves the issue.
