Idrac6 PowerEdge R710

Good Day and HNY to all
I  am running  a ms 2008 64 bit  on a PowerEdge R710 Dell Server
After an electricity shut down , during the boot i get this message
IDRAC6 not responding. Power required may exceed PSU wattage
Press F1 key to continue, f2 to run system setup program
There is a "How to resolve note " , but i cannot boot to iDRAC BIOS because , no message Ctrl+E is displayed . So, i try to press many times during the boot Ctrl+E and the system is not responding at  to the command . Moreover the funs are running on high mode, which is not odd according to this issue . The ex system adminitrator did not provide me any setting of IDRAC, including ip, webport, username or password and i am unable to access it via web
Any help will be appreciate. I am really stuck there

Hello

Power required may exceed PSU wattage
i cannot boot to iDRAC BIOS because , no message Ctrl+E is displayed
Moreover the funs are running on high mode

All of those are symptoms of the iDRAC not initializing. The iDRAC controls the power profiling of the system, fans, and it must initialize for you to be able to enter the iDRAC BIOS.

If hardware in the system fails to initialize then you should take the system to minimum-to-POST. Remove all unnecessary hardware. If the issue persists then you will likely need to replace the system board. The iDRAC is integrated into the system board.

Thanks
