Hello again!
The problem about that is that CentOS 7 is not a supported OS for a PowerEdge R620. Here you can see the list of supported OS for your server: Supported Operating Systems
So there is not a specific version for CentOS. I think the most similar is RHEL 7. This is the driver for RHEL 7: Last version is 19.5.0
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Hello @hendranata,
I think we are also speaking in Twitter on @DellCaresPro
Normally, a problem like this can have 4 possible root causes:
1. OS related: But you already reinstalled OS and checked the logs without finding anything. It would be interesting to know if the error also appears with a different OS. That would clarify if it is a hardware or software problem.
2. NIC firmware or driver: You need to make sure you are using the last compatible version for both firmware and driver.
3. Failed hardware: Do you have another NIC card? Is the card integrated? can you connect it to a different slot?
4. Cable problem or switch configuration: I think you mentioned you think this is not the problem.
Regards.

Do you have a replacement NIC to try? Or can you see anything in the OS or hardware logs? Another thing you might want consider to try is to test with a supported OS and see if the problem persist.
It can take time but that would help you to find out if it is a software or hardware problem. If the same error happens with a different supported OS then you need a NIC replacement.
Regards.
