Non Responsive Server
I have a dell 840 server, which I have been using for about 5 years. Lately, I have been getting a grey screen and the server gets stuck. At the same time, the network cannot be accessed as well. Once, the machine is restarted, the server resumes only to get stuck after a while. This happens about 3-4 times daily. any response would be appreciated.

What is the OS installed on the server?
Are you getting any amber lights?
Do you have Open Manage installed on the server?
Also, when was the last time you updated the server?

The OS is Windows Server 2008 R2
The lights are amber when the server gets stuck. This happens about 3 - 4 times daily and has started recently.
Open Manage is not installed.
Last update was about 2 months back.
I was wondering if this was a hardware issue?
