PE 2950 gen 3 and PE 410 gen 2 keeps clearing nvram, bios settings not saved

I had bought these servers used and they where running fine for a few weeks with esxi 6.5 and a few vm's.

After a restart both are saying nvram_clr jumper is detected which I never touched and now unable to change bios setting since virtualization for the cpus are now apparently disabled I can't start the vms in esxi, and every-time I try saving the change in bios it clears any changes made.
