PE R710 will not power
Have similar issue R710 2x E5520,32gb, 2x300gb.when i connect one OR both psu the led go green but Power On button stays dark , display is dark, but if i press ok displays setup/view.If i press power button psu led goes amber.Run min configuration no luck.Any idea? motherboard ,riser?

I would start by taking the server to a minimum to Post configuration, that is removing everything from the server but the following;
After removing everything I would reseat the devices that can be on the list and then try powering the server.
If the server powers without the amber then power down and individually add the removed devices back until the issue reappears, identifying the faulty part.
Let me know what you see.
