PE T610 Power Supply Fail

Buon giorno.

Ho un problema con un alimentatore di cui in oggetto.

Spia gialla accesa e display anteriore con segnalazione errore.

Presumo sia guasto. Ho bisogno urgentemente del ricambio.

Cosa devo fare ?

Led yellow instead o green and the front display with error message.

I assume is dead. I urgently need the parts.

What should I do ?

Hi,

Try reseating the power supply and cable and see if the status changes. Is the server under warranty?

Hi !

Yes i have reseating the power suplly and checked the cord but the light is always yellow.

I have also check with the OpenManager utility and the condition is always the same:

Presence Detected

Failure Detected

AC Lost

The server is not under warranty and in this regard, I apologize, but take this opportunity to express my opinion on the health care system that, being a server and only 5 years old, I feel really bad.

I wanted to simply order a new piece, and instead I had to undergo all this procedure and after 24 hours did not bring me to nothing.

Fortunately I found the spare part by doing a simple search on google and I've it already ordered.

I'm really sorry but if this is the dell' new policy of assistance, after 15 years, I'll be forced me to change a system supplier.
