Power Edge 1950
Hello,
We need technical assistance for a PowerEdge 1950 Server. It was working OK till last week.
The problem is when we power it on after POST we get this message : “PCle training error: Internal Storage Slot” , after that it says "System Halted". it is not even possible to enter on the BIOS settings.
We would like someone to repair it.

Reseat the riser card, controller and backplane with associated cables. If this does not resolve the problem then bring the system to minimum to POST with only the following components and ensure that all USB devices are disconnected:
