Power supply compatibility between PE-2850 & PE-2950
I have a PE-2850 with a missing power supply and I want to insert a second one for redundancy. Is it possible to take a power supply from a PE-2950 and use that in the PE-2850?

No, they are not compatible, unfortunately.
