PowerEdge 2950 - generation ?
I got into my hands PowerEdge 2950 and I would like to know what is generation ...
On front dont have labled any number in circle. But when i open OMSA 7.4 look like 2 gen.

It is a PowerEdge 2950 II (2nd generation).

Well, it can be somehow verified even on the board?
And one asked why are tagged on front ?

That's what OMSA did ... pulled the ID from the board.
What is the model number of the motherboard though?

May need Dell to step in with some confirmation. It appears as though there is some confusion (both are reputable sites):

HOWEVER, I would defer to the information in OMSA that says it is a GII.
?? I have noticed that some are missing the label on the chassis. Possible it can be removed.
Reseat the RAM and/or try in different slots.

One way to be sure , check the Processor information. The Intel Xeon 5300 Series Processors (Clovertown) were supported in the Poweredge 2950 II but not in the first generation. The first generation 2950's only supported the Xeon 5000/5100 series.

I'm waiting for someone official statement Dell ...
RAM swapped - OK. I'll see what happens again under load

The processor model may not be any more definitive, but Dell-Chris H confirmed that part number NR282 is a G1 system board.
