PowerEdge FN 410T IOA - Stuck in endless reboot

I have a FX2s that has two FN 410T IOA that has got stuck in an endless reboot loop. It happened after a factory reset. I have tried restarts and memory checks and such from the boot user but no luck.

It comes to the point of "Starting Dell Networking OS". Then it stands quiet for some time and then reboots.

I have tried my best with restarts, memory checks and so on. But with no luck. The weird part is that I did one factory restore and that worked. Then after some issues with config I did another factory restore and that was when it got stuck in the loop. The weird part is that the other module followed without interaction from me. So when I just restarted that one it got stuck in the loop too.

Any advice on this matter is much appreciated!
