Poweredge 2900 Power Supplies

My UPS went dead, after reparation I plugged my PowerEdge 2900 and nothing happened, no leds at the back side. My warranty is expired, so before I drop the Power Supply Units (Z930P-00) I disassembled them to figure out if  can be easily repaired. I have made some heat images. Both PSUs warming at the same point in 30s to 60°C. Can I follow this track? Is it a one-part-fail type of error? If so, please give me some clue. Images:

The PE2900 is now about 7-8 years old, and power supplies for it are cheap at this point.

There's really no cost savings trying to repair it.

You are right, my ebay order of a used one is on its way now, but I am sick of the thought that:
1. dispose of such powerful items
2. if they have an easy way of reparation
3. they went wrong simultaneously by no heavy using, but neglecting
So giving a chance to reparation would be good for my mental health. Any idea of the reason for  the resistor group warming?
