Hello.

Did you also re-seat the BP power cable connection to the system board and BP itself? Review the system logs, clear the logs and drain the system flea power. Disconnect the AC power cables and then press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to drain the flea power.

Good morning Robert ,,, thanks for your communication.
We have already done everything indicated, and even we have removed all parts of the MotherBoard ,,,, also the battery of the MotherBoard.
We have left it free all weekend, and still the same. Now shows on the LCD: AT: Undefinid ,,,, then System Booting ,,, after a moment the same errors appear: E1000 and E1219.

When we press then the button System identification after AT: Undefinid,,, indicates Not Post Code

I ask:
We must change the Backplane of 16 HDDs ???, Should we change some other part ???
To be able to import it at the same time and not to delay more time. Our client is in need of this solution already, because his database is planted.

Server R910: SVC TAG

Sincerely

Cesar R.

Did you also clear the hardware logs prior to rebooting the server? Check for LEDs on the CDROM drive or if the hard drive activity LEDs are lit to make sure that the backplane is receiving power. You might consider replacing the backplane there is no activity on the CDROM and hard drives.

Consider replacing the backplane since there is no activity on the CDROM and drives' LCD

We can not clear the hardware logs, as the R910 switches on for a moment, goes off and displays error E1000 and E1219 on the LCD.
While it is on, 1 times the LEDs on the CD-ROM and HDDs flash, then the LEDs will not turn on anymore.

Even though the R910 does the System booting, the Screen shows its Memory Post, Processors, a few seconds and the Server goes off (only the LCD remains with its errors E1000 and E1219)

Please, need help.

Sincerely.
