Rack rails for R710 and R410 needed
Does Dell even make rails for PowerEdge R710 and R410 servers that fit into APC NetShelter 4 post, round hole, threaded racks?
My sales manager obviously cannot find the correct rails because he has sent the wrong rails TWICE!!
Hopefully someone in the rack team can help.

The Dell SKUs for the R710 and R410 rails that are compatible with threaded hole racks are:
R710: A2993121 - Full Slide Rail
R410: A3211789 - Non-Sliding Rail
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

I would go to Rack Solutions: http://www.racksolutions.com/
They're pretty good at matching different vendors products.

Threaded hole racks require the use of the static rails rather than the sliding rails. The part number for the R710 static rails is J643G, and the part number for the R410 static rails is C597M.
If the static rails will not meet the your needs, then you may want to consider third party offerings from RackSolutions such as the following:

I believe these can be ordered through Dells Software and Peripherals

Thank you for the SKU's. I will reference these when my Dell Account Manager sends me the wrong rails for the 3rd time. I expect the rails to be delivered today.
If he sent the wrong rails, I will be giving Rack Solutions a call.
