SUU not working on R720
I have a customer with an R720. I downloaded and ran the latest SUU on it. It found several updates needed but when I tell it to install the updates, it opens the update window and after about 5 seconds it says updates complete.
This is obviously totally wrong as nothing was installed in 5 seconds. I've rebooted the server, ran the SUU As Administrator but nothing helps. I've run the SUU on servers for many years and never ran into this.
Anyone have an idea of how to get the SUU to run properly on this R720?

Can you try a different version and see if that works? http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=7J0JY Were you using the 32 bit or 64 bit version?

I'll ask the owner to download that version so I can try it. He has his own preferences for doing things like this.
The version I used before was whatever was posted. I had told the Dell downloaded page the OS was 2012 which is 64-bit only so I would think any software listed for it would be 64 bit.
