Supress alerting for a specific error
Hi,
is it possible to disable alerting for a specific error? I would like to disable "HWC2003" alerts.

Hello.
What server model? The error may be critical and needs attention and disabling if possible may not be a good idea.

R630. This error is a result of disconnecting the SAS B backplane cable, because i intend to use it for something else.

Disconnect both ends of the cable if not currently required, clear the hardware logs and reboot the server and monitor the alert

The error comes back, I have 2 r620 with the backplane cabled to a LSI HBA. How do we correct this!?
