Trouble with Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 6 - Express

I have a Dell server in Remote with an Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 6 - Express.  My problem is I am unable to ping the DRAC interface.

These are the steps which I took so far.

I ssh to my Operating System and issue a reboot, simultaneously I issued a ping <Dellserver> and ping <Dellserver-drac> from my local machine.  As the server rebooted remotely I can see that the ping was successful to the Dellserver-drac initially then it stops completely when the ping <Dellserver> started pinging.  Please let me know where the problem is ?

are you saying that you can ping the idrac fine until the system is rebooted?

No I am not able to ping the Drac when the Operating system is on.  I can only ping it while the operating system is rebooting that is after I type reboot and pressed enter, As the operating system comes up I lose the ability to ping the drac interface.

Can you let me know the iDRAC FW Version, Server Model and Operating System installed on the server?

Thanks-

did you setup a team using the shared nic? If yes, I think you have included the idrac's IP/mac in the team.

One of possible reason could be with LOM Firmware and Driver. Can you check whether you have latest Driver and Firmware for LOM and try the same? Also make sure you have latest BIOS installed on the server.

Thanks-
