Trouble with "Keyboard failure" on R410

Hello Community,

i already make a try in the german support forum but with no answers, so maybe another one here can help me. I own some PowerEdge servers. One of this servers is a R410, which make some trouble.

I already sent the servers into the datacenter and make a remote installation with a Lantronix KVM. I successfull installed CentOS 6 and then SolusVM with his kernel modules. After i'm done i make a reboot. The server is normal booting up but then he have a "Kernel Panic" and the keyboard give no response. So i disconnect the server after some hours from the power via PDU. Then i connect them to the power and he is booting up. He is not loading the full boot screen and say in the bios "Testing memory. Please wait.
 Keyboard Failure".

Now i have no control over my server and can't manage him with the KVM.

Anyone have a idea what the problem can be?

Thanks.
