The consistency check can be seen in the controller log. The log can be exported using either SupportAssist or OpenManage Server Administrator. Instructions for botch can be found at

I just run a collection on support assist for the VRTX CMC but i'm unable to find the consistency check results for the virtual disks. Can you tell me where they are. 

Also on OMSA i don't have the controller of the virtual disks that i want to see the consistency check results. That PERC8 Controller in only available from the VRTX Chassis Management Controller.

You can export the TTY log which will show the consistency check and if any attempts were made to correct bad block. Here is a link that may help:

I just exported the TTY log as suggested and the information that i get is 15000 lines of this.

Appearantly my response didn't go out the other day.

I ran a consistency check on one of our VRTX's in the lab and exported the tty log as shown

Here's a portion of what you should see from the log

I see on the order that there were 2 M520s nodes purchased and 1 H710P controller. Is that still correct?

I'm not connecting through OMSA. I'm acessing through VRTX CMC. That's the only way i can access those virtual disks. 

4 M520 nodes, Shared PERC8 Controller.

I went through all 3 VRTX's in our lab and exported TTY logs from all of the controllers and was unable to replicate the report when you exported the TTY log from your controller. Still looking at our options.
