Weird Gray BIOS - R820

I'm getting a keyboard only gray BIOS screen after pressing F2. I don't know what lead to cause this. I can get into Lifecycle Controller without issues and the System Setup looks normal to me. Any idea what what would cause this? MVIMG_20190214_203524~01.jpg

Re: Weird Gray BIOS - R820

Hello

If you are having any issues with the BIOS display then I would suggest that you re-flash the BIOS. You can find available downloads on the system support page. If you are using the service tag to find the download page then check the system description on the page. If it is listed as OEM or anything other than just an R820 then it may not be using a normal BIOS.

Update the BIOS, downgraded the BIOS, updated the iDRAC with Lifecycle, and downgraded the iDRAC with Lifecycle. Same issues. Ran Diagnostics. No errors. Press F2. The BIOS is DOS looking with a gray border, no mouse cursor, and sluggish. Same when you press F11. I think the main system board is bad. I will keep pulling parts to troubleshoot.
