What PSU is needed for R320 E5-2420 and X540DP?
UK website has only 350W PSU for R320. However when I try to configure the same box on the US website it says not enough power please select another PSU (next is 500 or 550W).
Which one is right?
How much power do I need for R320 G12 E5-2420 and Intel X540DP ?

Both are correct for the region they're in. The UK has 220-240v as mains voltage and the US has 110-120v. The extra wattage makes up for the voltage difference.

The PSU is surely for 100-240V... Does that mean in US this server's PSU will output roughly 550W?
I am asking because the only application for it is US colocation.

I have checked the trg material for the r320 and it states that there are 2 psu's for this sever: 350 W AC — cabled and
350 W AC — hot-plug redundant. There is no mention of a 550w supply.
Maybe the Dell guys can jump in here as they have access to more info.

make sure you are looking at the latest gen 12 and US model

It also states it on p76 of the online manual here: support.dell.com/.../r320omen.pdf
I also checked the US site and selected the r320 build page and this came up for psu's:

Go to US website. Servers - rack servers - R320 - Configure - select E5-2420, select X540 DP. Do search on the page for "power" - see the item called Power Supply. It says:
