best tool for upgrading all F/W to latest
looking for an offline tool (ISO) that i can boot from and update all server F/W to latest version.
Server is PE R610.

Try Repository Manager:

It's not as easy to use as it should be, but it will do what you need.

SUU can be used "offline", but when used by itself, it must be used with SBUU/SMTD.
SUU can be run from within the OS (online), and it can be used as the repository to create a customized bootable ISO with Repository Manager.
