case and architecture question

hi, just a quick ask,

the PowerEdge 2600 - can it take x64 windows/linux?

and PowerEdge T105 - where can i get a case with cooling and are the psu available too?

my case somehow buckled beyond repair (i suspect delivery driver dropped it) the rest works, just no case or psu and cooling has cracks id rather not risk. any help very sought for and appreciated - thanks in advance.
