In the spirit of helping others - as such is what forums are for.. would you mind posting what the fix was so other forum users can use your fix as a jumping off point for issues they may have. Putting "I've fixed it" doesn't help anybody. You did come to the forum looking for answers hoping someone would help YOU.

Sure, no problems.
From a putty session to the chassis I ran
racadm getfanreqinfo
This identified that one of the servers was requesting 100% resources from the chassis.
Once that server was identified in this way, we rebooted it and the problem stopped.
