new Dell PowerEdge tower server, few questions

Hi,

What is "Energy Star" in the Advanced System Configurations ? What is the "Delivery Plus Flag" ? In installation services what is the "OEM IoT Solution" and "OEM NFV Solution" ? for a server that has to manage a network of 10 clients using mostly a management software and a doc/pdf file archive is on-board network card enough or is it better a Broadcom or INTEL network card ? what is "Windows Server 2012R2 Standard, Media, FI Standard Ed Downgrade image, English" ? is it better "600GB 15K SAS,12G,4Kn,2.5,HYB" or "600GB 15K RPM SAS 12Gbps 2.5in Hot-plug Hard Drive,3.5in HYB CARR" ?

Thank you!

Onboard NIC is more than sufficient.

You can order media with your server - downgrade or current, so you would order 2008 R2 or 2012 downgrade media to run those OS's under your 2012 R2 license.

Not sure what the difference between the drives is - appear to be the same.
